SHIPPING & RETURNS
Some of these products are dispatched directly from the official supplier, and as such may take 30days for delivery. We found the supplier (read SOURCE), for affordability, and as such we sometimes have to wait a little longer for product. Often deliveries are made within 20 days, and on are occasions your local customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
Products purchased through Amazon.co.uk are often delivered within 7 days (in the U.K)
Please note that though we ship internationally, we do not necessarily ship to all countries worldwide. Some products may ship to your country, some may not. This can be determined at checkout, and shipping costs may apply for some countries.
Customs (Tax & Duties):
The customs charges and/or import charges are determined by the customs office at the destination country.
These charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Blair Beauty Ltd t/a Blair Beauty Bar. Please contact your local customs office for details of charges.
Cosmetics – For health & hygiene purposes, we do not accept returns of opened/unsealed cosmetics.
For any visibly damaged sealed products, this must be reported to us with images within 24 hours of delivery. We will refund for the cost excluding postage/shipping and any tax and duties paid to customs.
All other items – If you receive a damaged or defective product, you may return the item within 14days of receiving the order, shipping costs will be at your expense. The 14 days begin the day you receive the item/s ordered. Please take extra care when opening and trying your new purchases, as this will affect any returns requests.
For returns, items must not have any visible marks/scratches and must not have been used.
Please report any damaged items to us within 24 hours of receiving the ordered item/s.
We will exchange or refund damaged items, this will be determined case by case.
